At first I thought the characters might have been reversed or upside down. Also thought it might be a date, but though the characters look like a closed ‘s’ and a depressed ‘2’ they were consistent throughout the dress/skirt. So it was deliberate and something else.
So when put into context we see a ‘good girl’ who is controlled by many hands (blouse). The other two are more subjective but I would say exploration and a new way of seeing things is safely within the ball park.
