Monday morning, The Jets, The Sharks, Tony, Maria, and Anita get ready for the big night. Lucky them to have the Bernstein/Sondheim music to prepare to. Still the best score from an American musical in my opinion.

Hi Bev! It’s hard to beat Jerome Robbins, that’s for sure. There’s going to be a new Broadway production opening soon and if I recall correctly (probably not!) it’s going to be one of the few revivals that doesn’t attempt to re-create the original Robbins choreography, so it will be interesting to see what notices it gets.
