A nice piece of art. But it needed to be restricted to the baseball. Barbra Streissand was a good singer but doesn’t belong. Ditto the Iwo Jima stamp. BTW the LA Times featured in today’s paper a special tribute to the ten greatest Dodgers of all time. Koufax was number 1. (He played for the Bums too). Duke Snider was #5.
Hi, Bumba. It’s the outside wall of a US Post Office and just a piece of a larger mural which includes some non-Brooklyn people–Elvis Presley, Neil Armstrong, MLK, and so on. So I decided to try and focus on the Brooklyn people–but obviously, not Gehrig or Clemente.
