I looked it up after wondering if that was Judy Garland on the platform with him and yes, it was her show…
Good catch. That was from her show, which if I recall correctly was on at 9pm in New York on Sunday nights, just after the Ed Sullivan Show.
And the lead female dancer evidently was also a West Side Story alumni who played one of the Jets’s girlfriends.
